No. As long as we have safe yard access (gate code, key in lockbox, or unlocked side gate), we service the property whether you're there or not. Most of our customers are at work when we arrive. We'll send a completion notification when we leave.

Friendly dogs are welcome to stay in the yard during service — we do this all day. For dogs that are anxious, territorial, or large/unpredictable, we'll ask you to keep them inside during our visit window. We'll confirm your preference at the first service.

Every visit's waste is double-bagged, sealed, and disposed of with your standard municipal waste collection — bagged neatly into your bin as part of the service. We never leave bags in the yard or on your property.

Pet waste carries parasites and bacteria — giardia, hookworm, parvovirus, and more — that transmit yard-to-yard if equipment isn't disinfected between properties. Most competitors don't bother. We sanitize between every yard, full stop. It's the single biggest reason we recommend professional service over a neighborhood teenager.

Recurring subscriptions are billed monthly to a card or bank account on file — set it once, never think about it. We offer a small discount for ACH (bank) payment versus credit card. One-time services are charged after completion.

Yes. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. Pause for vacation, snowbird the winter, or cancel entirely — just give us a heads-up before your next scheduled visit. That said, most of our customers stay on service for years. You'll see why on visit one.
